*Recruit, train, motivate and develop Representatives on a daily basis.
*80% of the role proactively field based in achieving the above
*Achieve KPI's goals though training, motivating and developing a team of self employed Sales Leaders.

*100% ownership for delivering results on key activities on a daily, campaignly, quarterly and annual basis to achieve Area targets.

*Manage change successfully in a forever changing culture

*Prioritise and maximise business growth opportunities within allocated geography.

*Ultilise and successfully control geographical area using tools and data provided.

*Multi task and contingency planning to meet demands of high turnover industry.
