Job description:
- Posting of invoices of suppliers in Oracle/1C
- Collecting approvals for payment
- Completing new suppliers' forms and gaining approval in HO
- Accruals and prepayments preparation and reconciliation on a monthly basis
- Travel and entertainment expense reports of associates
- Inter-co reconciliations
- Accounts reconciliation in Oracle/1C
- Inventory-entry and management of receipts in Oracle/1C
- Inventory assistance in physical counting and control
- Assistance with Tax Authority audit preparation
- VAT-preparation of quarterly book of purchases
- Preparation of payment orders
- Bank account
- Reconciliation of accounts with suppliers on a regular basis
Who we are looking for:
- Higher Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting
- 3-5 years' experience as Accountant in a sales multinational environment or similar occupation
- Good level of English is a must
- Excellent knowledge of all accounting principles
- Knowledge of 1C, Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle is plus
