This person will play an integral role in developing cost methodology that will be integrated into one of the largest divisions of this company in addition to calculating and providing analysis on the costing of their products. Targeting someone entrepreneurial minded who can think outside the box as several projects they work on are created from scratch requiring creative problem solving skills and imagination. You will also play a key role in assisting with developing and testing processes with their system implementation as well. This position partners closely with manufacturing and accounting where you will have an opportunity to learn this company's business from top to bottom. Other responsibilities will include financial analysis, developing monthly inventory reports, providing financial support for new business initiatives, and making recommendations to senior management for areas of improvement with accounting operations.

*1+ years progressive cost accounting experience preferably with exposure to manufacturing or plant operations
*BS in Accounting or Finance
*CPA a plus
*Must have excellent presentation and communication skills
*Advanced knowledge of Excel
