Iris Ohyama Europe bv is searching for an  COST ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (M/F)

 

 

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for the overall accuracy and completeness of records

·         Responsible for product specification and product registration

·         Process of sales and research results

 

Tasks:

·         Maintain and update the Iris system of cost master data and product registration

·         Calculate a cost price and price simulations for all products: produce in Tilburg and import

·         Organizing all data into cost analysis and production/assembly specifications

·         Issuing and analyzing the Grune Punkt calculation and report

·         Coordination of the product approval process with Japanese Head Office

·         Communication with Japan concerning the price and product specification

·         Communication with Japan concerning a new products development

·         Update general Price List

·         Create and keep update EAN code list

·         Create and register the product specification and inform all related colleagues internally.

·         Check product specification of new products that are planned to delivery to customer (product specification on Early Warning).

·         Initiate and decide internally product specification, packaging, and accessories, which is suitable for customer and the company.

·         Take care of correct registration of sales results and incoming orders in the Iris-system and Excel. Distribute these data to the Sales department, Customer Support and department heads.

·         Take care of the marketing administration and in general manage the marketing files.

 

Education/ experience:             

-          Secondary school, MBO- MEAO with at least 2-3 years experience in accounting is a must

-          At least 2 years experience in administrative/ supporting/ accounting position

 

Skills:

-          Verbal speaking and writing fluently in English

-          General administrative financial skills

-          Excellent numerical, analytical skills

-          High level of experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and MS Access

 

 Personality:

-          Working independently, also when Marketing Manager is absent
