Cost Allocation Manager- SVP recruitment

Responsibilities

- Provide value add analysis and management information around current funding charges to the CFO and wider product control teams

- Improve internal processes and controls within the department and enhance transparency of costs to the business

- Build transfer pricing models to allocate costs correctly and better understand drivers behind these

- Setup and coordinate business process and tool training to migrate to the new business process.

- Continuous improvement of spreadsheets, processes, and reports according to changes in the business models and according to new trading activities

-Maintain and improve an effective line of communication with the front office, back office and senior management

Experience Required

- Qualified Accountant.

- Product control background preferably treasury

- Experienced in implementing change and the change life cycle.

- Experienced in Requirements analysis, documentation and process re-engineering.
