AERO-MD-AN-11:016: Cost Analyst Level 2 Category Finance/Accounting Group Aerospace Group Location MD-Annapolis Junction (AERO) Schedule Full Time Job Description Perform cost estimating and analysis of major government acquisition systems, specifically major automated information systems (MAISs), large information technology (IT) and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) Systems. Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. Degree in Engineering is preferred, but will accept degrees in Math, Science, Economics or Business if the degree requires a minimum of 18 semester hours of quantitative analysis coursework. MS Degree preferred. Experience: Four (4) years of acquisition cost analysis experience (excluding EVM experience and cost performance report analysis experience) demonstrating progressively more responsible assignments and has managed or provided overall direction and leadership for the preparation of cost estimates/analysis. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel required. Candidate should be a self-starter with good communications skills as position will require frequent interaction with customers. A Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the past five years is required in addition to a current CI Polygraph.
