Cost Controller

A prestigious hotel in Ascot has a job for a Cost Controller. 

The purpose of the job is to be responsible for maintaining control procedures of all stock items on the balance sheet including recording monthly purchases, supervising the stock take process and producing cost and statistical reports for management. Responsibilities include the reconciliation of all stock items held on the balance sheet, reviewing prices on invoices received, highlighting any variances to budgeted costs and providing advice for corrective action, monthly and quarterly stock control audit processes, highlighting and correcting any deficiencies in the operating procedures and general cashier duties.

The right candidate will have food and beverage experience and will have worked in a similar role or have a related qualification.
