Job Description
- Ensuring that budgets and schedules run in a timely and cost efficient manner
- Developing cost and date project forecasts and KPI reports
- Maintenance of cost control tools and systems
- Liaise with project team members and reporting of EPCM services costs and capital costs to management
- Conduct cash flow projections
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for the role of Cost Engineer you will have specific cost controller experience within a project environment and sound knowledge of cost control for all phases of the EPCM life cycle. You will also posses the following:
- Relevant degree or equivalent 3 - 5 years experience across large scale construction projects related to the mining, oil gas, general infrastructure and heavy industries.
- Sound knowledge of Cost Control systems and processes
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Developed communication and management skills
