Cost Finance Business Partner recruitment

Responsibilities:

-          Analysis of divisional cost base to support cost reduction processes

-          Managing relationships with cost teams across the group, as well as with the divisional operations function

-          Production of monthly cost pack for presentation to senior management, including provision of in-depth commercial analysis and commentary

-          Understanding of cost base trends to provide direct support to Head of Cost and senior management to optimise spend

Requirements:

-          ACA qualified or equivalent with strong academic background

-          Excellent cost experience, with cost allocations exposure highly beneficial

-          Banking or Financial Services background

-          Proven ability to consistently perform and progress within a large business

-          Significant exposure to executive-level management, with demonstrable experience of interacting with, challenging and supporting the business
