Please note: You must have management and commissioned sales/retail experience.
Maximize retail sales by maintaining, developing and overseeing the Customer Registry Program; orchestrating promotional activities/events; training and motivating beauty advisors/make-up artists; and maintaining and managing effective stock control. To qualify, you must possess 3+ years of sales experience; supervisory, creative and superior presentation skills; a strong understanding of business strategy and budget management; and experience in fashion, beauty or retail. College degree preferred.
