A little about the role:
Based in Blackburn, you will be responsible for assisting HVAC trade professionals to find what they are looking for when they enter the showroom. To maintain it’s position in the HVAC products market, Actrol places a high premium on quality customer service based on in depth product knowledge. If you prove your ability, there are plenty of opportunities to progress in this growing company.
A little about you:
With existing product and industry knowledge, you will be able to provide a high level of customer service that ensures customers purchasing requirements are met and that satisfaction is assured.
Ideally you will have Sales experience, but it is your knowledge of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning industry and its vast range of products that will see you succeed in this position. We are looking for a highly motivated team player who is hard working and ambitious.
To be the star for this role you will possess:
- Knowledge of refrigeration, heating or cooling
- Previous sales experience preferable
- Strong people skills with the ability to explain a wide range of products
- A team player who is self motivated
- Excellent presentation
- Willingness to go the extra mile for customers
A little about the company:
Actrol Parts Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company with 51 branches that is by far the largest independent wholesaler in Australia servicing the refrigeration, air conditioning and allied industries. Actrol have an established and positive presence in the industry with many of their staff members being ex tradespeople. All Branches have a great supportive team culture and encourage internal promotion.
Hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm with some Saturday work where you will be paid overtime.
