Counter Sales Representative Job in North Haven, Connecticut Us
The Granite Group, a Plumbing and Heating Wholesaler with 27 locations throughout New England, has an opening for a Counter-Inside Sales Representative in our North Haven, CT location.
This position is responsible for serving Granite Group counter customers by providing them with the information or service requested in an accurate, courteous and timely manner. The general responsibilities include answering the telephone, communicating pricing, preparing quotations and checking inventory status. In addition, promoting new and existing products or special programs to customers is a key aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, an attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills. Good time management, communication and interpersonal skills are critical to success in this position. The ability to meet deadlines and a strong desire to serve the customer while selling and promoting our product lines is necessary. Proficiency with computers and knowledge of plumbing and heating products is required.
