Counterparty Credit Risk Analyst
The Funds Credit Risk team within the Wholesale Credit Risk Department is primarily involved with the oversight, analysis and credit rating of Traditional and Alternative funds in EMEA (ex-Iberia), plus Alternative funds in Brazil and USA.
The team works together with Front Office and other internal constituents by supporting onboarding activities such as: analysing new transactions, new funds via onsite or desktop due diligence, ISDA/CSA or GMRA setting of credit terms and ensuing negotiations, write-ups and limit/rating setting, in addition to several other related projects.
We are currently looking for a proactive and seasoned Credit Analyst with an entrepreneurial mentality who will manage a small team (1-2 people) and have strong interaction and good communication with the front office, and senior management.

As a Credit Analyst- Traditional/Alternative, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Tier 1 market participant in the institutional client business
- High level knowledge of financial products, derivatives, credit and market risks, clearing and settlement processes, derivatives / credit documentation, derivatives / credit / asset management regulations
- High level knowledge of investment strategies, portfolio construction and the quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies involved
- Good knowledge of calculation / analytical tools, market databases, collateral management, credit exposure, settlement and clearing systems
- High level knowledge of confirmations, ISDA, CSA and other OTC derivatives templates;
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and business friendly
- Conversational Spanish desired
As a Credit Analyst- Traditional/Alternative, your main responsibilities will involve:
- Rating, classification and line sizing of traditional / alternative asset managers
- Negotiation of ISDA / CSA risk related conditions
- Maintenance and monitoring of the credit exposure and available lines for relevant accounts
- Manage team of analysts
