Job Description
* To involve in Alliance Team overall business planning so as to better support consumer banking strategic focus and be in line with internal stakeholders' priority
* To be responsible for alliance KPI setting, BAU monitoring and productivity evaluation, contact window with SBIM, distribution, product and segment performance team.
* To facilitate alliance team governance framework and implementation,. achieve satisfactory audit rating
* To understand all relevant regulations and internal Risk Compliance policies, own Alliance related DOI.
* Oversee merchant privilege development, measurement and quality control
* To comply with all applicable fraud prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to line manager
* To lead and motivate direct report(s) to achieve team objectives

Qualifications Skills
* University Degree ( Master preferred)
* 8 years working experience in related function
* Experience with process improvement, data analysis, sales performance management is a preference
* Problem solving abilities in creating structured approaches, identifying prioritizing business issues, and developing actionable recommendations
* Qualified leadership skills in planning controlling task progress, motivating client team, and networking project internal or external relationship
* Effective interpersonal communication skills
* Strong self-motivation with a value framework for integrity, teamwork, quality and execution
