Country Head of Operations-Indonesia recruitment
As a Country Head of Operations, you will need to look after all country operations for a Global Markets and Branches business. The successful candidate must have exceptional stakeholder management skills and in-depth understanding of global reporting matrix. The role will be based in Jakarta.
Your responsibility includes
- Investment banking BAU activities monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulatory and statutory requirements
- Managing a large number of direct reports as well as staff coaching and development
- Oversight of Operational Risk and Control
-Providing strategic leadership for Operations functions and initiatives for Change Management
In order to be considered in this role, you need to have
-At least 8+ years experience in Operations, minimum 3 years in senior role.
-Hands on management style and knowledge of financial planning and investments.
-Wide exposure of banking product within Operations scope
-Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
