ANZ is seeking an experienced Country Implementation Manager to join a large program servicing the Institutional Business. The Country Implementation Manager is responsible for successfully implementing the new cash management software releases into our target countries and managing all related activities surrounding the project implementation. Tasks will include engagement with Senior Country and Regional Stakeholders, building relationships, managing country deliverables and milestones and being the single point of escalation for the countries.
The candidate will create and managing a detailed project plan for country implementation to ensure country and resources are committed to achieving milestones and ensuring resources are available and prepared to fulfil project tasks. It is also imperative to mobilize key program and country resources within activity windows and assist these resources in the details of how to execute tasks.
Qualifications:
· 7 years of Project Management experience, with end-to-end project
· experience such as Exposure to large complex system, ideally multi-country installations
· Strong, hands-on business implementation management experience of banking or cash management systems
· Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and negotiation skills
· Excellent stakeholder management skills are keys to success in this role
· Strong Consulting skills is key, the ability to build trusted partner relationships with all internal and external teams quickly
· Ability to multi-task and dive into detail when required, excellent presentation skills, meeting/workshop facilitation, and availability and willingness to travel
· Required to have project management skills with a proven track record of delivery across technology implementation
· Banking experience (in operations / product / cash management / project), highly desired due to the tight timeframes of the project
· Exposure to regional countries will be highly advantageous
