Job title: Country manager, Kazakhstan
Duties
After 2 months of training period in Turkey to learn client's business model, you will report directly to Turkey office Managing Director. The objective is to set-up a new legal entity and handle the launch of the business in sourcing potential clients while introducing the products and preparing for Turkey office every reports in need.
On day to day the role will cover below:
- Management of new business setup
- Initiate business contacts and develop strategy
- Monitor legal aspects
- Preparing proposals and analytical reports
- Client relationship management
- Understand and develop strategy and work with sales targets
- Project coordination and implementation
Requirements
- Solid Business Development or Marketing Management experience
- Graduated in Marketing or Management
- Educated in Turkish Universities or in Turkey
- Market Research Operations Management is a plus
- Strong ability to think financial issues
- Have a strong communication and negotiation skills
- Interactive personality with a taste to make presentations
- Proven decision- making competence, energy and enthusiasm
- Disciplined, result oriented
- fluent Russian and English a must
