Country Marketing & Sales Manager (m/f) Job
The Scope
This role is multi-functional oriented and covers both the marketing management including marketing initiatives, insights development etc. plus the sales part in terms of relationship management with stakeholders, key opinion leaders etc.
The Position:
- Taking ownership of the conception and implementation of the regional business strategy and plans
- Development, planning and implementation of marketing strategies/initiatives
- Developing suitable educational and promotional material in cooperation with external partners
- Generating and developing market analysis
- Developing and establishing relationships with key opinion leaders
- Building and maintaining of influential stakeholder networks
- Identifying of opportunities for business growth
- Share knowledge and best practice within the cluster countries
Altogether you will be responsible for building awareness, empathy and engagement in this specific niche of treatment and playing a key role as Sales Marketing Manager.
Your Profile:
Educational Background
Degree educated science, healthcare or medical related, ideally with additional business qualification.
Professional Experience
- Experience or past involvement ideally in the field of drug addiction or in a similar specialist niche pharmaceutical market segment
- Marketing/Product Management know-how plus Sales Experience is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and empathy
- Track record of building KOL and/or stakeholder relationships
- Capability to work multi-functional in a matrix organisation
- Several years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical marketplace
- Entrepreneurial and financially commercially astute
