COUNTRY SALES MANAGER, HONG KONG (PACKAGE: 2 MILLION HKD) recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying, prospecting, closing and growing new account business in the region and managing the sales team (6 Sales Executives/Managers)

• Development of a sales plan to meet quota assignment from the perspective of new customer acquisition, annuity revenue growth, breadth of product offerings, and new contract value.

• Execution of the sales plan by teamwork effectively with Marketing, Pre/Post-sales Services and Product Marketing organizations.

•  Balance work between growing a select number of established installed accounts, and drive new sales initiatives into Fortune 500 accounts in the assigned territories in

• Apply Solutions Selling Methodology for managing the sales process and comprehensive solution development

• Comply with company Sales Methodology, legal and accounting policies for accurate weekly pipeline forecast, and timely sales booking and revenue recognition.

• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and business issues within the assigned territories.

Requirement:

• 10+ years of Solution Selling with a successful track record in sales achievement.

• Deep knowledge and relationship with a number of CxO in key companies.

• Ability to work high (CxO) and wide (across departments) within assigned territories.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Experience in quota carrying over US$5M per annum and/or closing mega deals $5M.

• Extensive cultural exposure and language skills other than English and Chinese.
