CPC Branch Experience Planning Manager — New York, NY recruitment

The Branch Experience Program Manager (Mass Market) will lead the branch experience direction on interior finishes and branded elements, which include signage, ATM signage, interior brand/finishes, merchandising and any reconfiguration floor plans for each rebranded branch.
This manager leads the program implementation and brand direction working with:'
Retail Real Estate Signage, Interiors, Architectural staff and Procurement'
Retail market management'
ATM managers'
Branch Planning'
Vendors (PMs, Signage, Contractors, Merch Vendors, etc.)
Specific Roles
'Decisions each branch assigned utilizing standard guidelines, branded elements, and investment amounts, timeline, prioritization, etc.'Coordinates project teams, vendors and internal/external resources for project execution.'Resolves issues and ensure all key stakeholders are informed.'Prepares standard and ad hoc management reports communicating the status of each market, budget and timeline for assigned geographies.'Completes various presentation decks and data compilation for programs that are complex and/or sensitive in nature.'Assists in the development of process documentation, internal control procedures, and project tools for rebrand and retrofit activities.'Travels to assigned markets to ensure brand direction is correctly planned and executed according to national standards.

Qualifications
'5-8 years in retail branding, marketing, and/or interior design project management; 4 year degree (design, marketing or architecture)'Possess a high degree of drive with a proven track record of achieving results; able to make decisions with a strong bias for action'Excellent project and budget management skills'Field-based position with the ability to travel up to 50-60% o the time'Computer proficiency: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.'General understanding of branch, operations, job structures, and sales culture'Experience with the development of process documentation and internal control procedures
