Role Summary/Purpose
The Support Team provides a direct customer-facing technical support group on the Centricity Perinatal healthcare IT solution. This position will be focused on providing world-class support for GEHC customers on escalations to minimize equipment downtime and resolve customer product issues.

Essential Responsibilities
•Provides remote Perinatal (CPN) Application support as a member of the 24/7 GEHC-IT Technical Support Staff •Diagnoses system problems to root cause •Recommends configuration changes and system additions that optimize performance •Resolves customer issues to customer’s satisfaction by maintaining an action plan for the resolution, initiating and tracking problem assignment to technical resources, and updating customer on issue status •Identifies process gaps and provides solutions that improve quality of service •Assist with development and improvement of training process and tools using the most efficient lean tools and techniques •Perform Trending Analysis to provide input to product development teams on product enhancements and Defect Awareness. •Present Training on Clinical Content and / or Clinical Informatics (Internal as well as Externally) •Participate in Customer Facing Knowledge sharing sessions

Qualifications/Requirements
•RN, BSN, or equivalent experience meaning 10 years professional experience and 5 years experience with Healthcare IT products•Experience working with Clinical Information Systems knowledge•Experience with Centricity Perinatal (CPN) product or with Tailorable systems•Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.•Expeience within a customer service role that required strong customer interaction skills•Must have experience with interfacing and influence multiple organization levels and cross-functional teams.•The successful applicant must comply with GEHC’s standard background check, including a post-offer drug test. In addition, during employment, the employee must comply with all customer access policies, including but not limited to obtaining and/or providing proof of required immunizations, and additional drug tests or background checks (including a federal government background check if assigned to support a contract with the federal government). •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
