Summary:

The AAA Insurance Exchange is laying the foundation to provide integrated web capabilities to multiple stakeholder audiences through three key channels- Business to Business, Business to Consumer and Business to Employee. In order to support the needs of these key Internet, Extranet and Intranet applications, a centralized Web Content Management (WCM) application is required.

AAA has chosen Adobe's CQ5 Web Experience Management System to deliver the WCM capabilities that AAA requires now and in the future.

Position Responsibilities:

- Within the Adobe CQ5 Web Experience Management application (formerly known as Day Software's CQ5 Web Content Management system) the Front End Developer is responsible for the development required to:

- Create or assemble content templates,

- Tie site components together,

- Integrate and assign Content Management security to site components and navigation, etc.

- Create front-end UI styles required with a common look and feel throughout multiple web site "channels" (Business to Customer, Business to Business (Vendors, Agents and Partner Clubs) and Business-to-Employee).

- Develop UI scripts required to facilitate desired site behavior.

- Desired Tools Technologies Experience:

- Web GUI Technologies:

- HTML, XHTML CSS

- JavaScript (with frameworks, such as jQuery, AJAX and DOJO)

- Familiarity with cutting edge front-end technologies such as HTML5

- Operating Systems: Intel based

- Database: JCR (CRX)

- Security and Authentication: LDAP and Active Directory

- Change control: CVS, SVN

- Configuration management: Maven, Hudson, Ant

Required Knowledge, Skills Abilities

- Experience with design and development of websites leveraging WCM applications such as CQ5.

- Adobe CQ5 / WEM foundational concepts and a solid understanding of CQ5 building blocks, SLING, FELIX, JSR-170

- Leveraging WCM components of Adobe CQ5 to customize websites is required (DAM, SoCo, MSM, Tagging, workflow)

- Complete understanding of CRX as a repository.

- Content personalization, click-stream analysis and content targeting.

- Experience in the design and development of reusable frameworks effectively leveraging design patterns.

- Strong understanding of web architecture concepts (session, cache, cookies, connection pooling).

- Experience client side performance optimization.

- Experience gathering functional and non-functional requirements and performing technical analysis.

- Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.

- Team Player with excellent communication and time management skills.
