CR04 - Clinical Program Manager

We currently have an exciting contract opportunity for an HC Economist for our client located in South San Francisco, CA. Job Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Support selected Phase IIIB/IV US health economics and outcomes research HEOR activities for dalcetrapib, a late-stage development molecule. Potential projects include management and conduct of clinical burden and cost of illness claims/eMR analyses; literature reviews; patient reported outcomes instrument evaluations; US pharmacoeconomic model development; advisory board meeting coordination. Manage and oversee work performed by external consultants, collaborators, and contract research organizations. Additional responsibilities include PowerPoint slide preparation and management of timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Requirements: Advanced degree MPH, MS, PhD, ScD in Health Services Research, Health Economics, Decisions Analysis, or related discipline with at least two years of relevant professional experience in HEOR. Knowledge of clinical trial and observational research methodology, study conduct, analysis, and interpretation of findings. Working knowledge of the private and public payer US reimbursement environment, including evidence needs to support formulary review. Experience in cardiovascular disease and prior biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry experience a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills and project management skills preferred.
