This multinational organisation specialise in providing bespoke end to end supply chain solutions predominantly servicing the resource sector. Currently working on some of the largest projects within Australia they are looking for experienced Crane Supervisors to join one of their major projects within WA.
Reporting to the Group manager you will be responsible for the supervision of the daily crane operations for the project. This will include writing and reviewing lift studies for a mix of lifts including heavy lifts, ensuring that all lifts are undertaken in a safe and efficient manner and in line with current legislation.
The role will require you to develop the competencies of employees, along with identifying areas for improvement through every stage of the project. The ability to communicate effectively with the client in regards to delays or changes is essential, and you will be expected to put in place contingencies to minimise disruption to the project.
You will have experience of working in a similar role overseeing multiple lifts. You must hold high risk work licences for both Tower Crane and Open Crane ticket backed up with proven experience. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally along with the ability to think on your feet and effectively prioritise are essential. This position operates on a FIFO roster.
