SUMMARY
Provides creative leadership for in-house design and media team
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Able to supervise other team members and oversee larger scale projects for quality and consistency
- Proactively and willingly helps other Studio Members to succeed - provides information as needed
- Provides strategic insights and understanding of the product as it applies to creative
- Collaborates to explore and execute Brand Architecture
- Works with multiple departments in creative development, including managing work flow within the group
- Effectively works within budgets and timelines - understands talent to task while delivering innovative design solutions.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Position will supervise the in-house creative team.

- 5 years of related agency or in-house work experience, pharmaceutical or medical device experience is desired
- Ability to concept and design for multiple mediums (print; web; mobile; motion; video)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including: PhotoShop; Indesign, Illustrator; AfterEffects; Flash; Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of typography digital space.
- Shows initiative, self starter, demonstrates proactively, and creative problem solver
- Ability to multi-task in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Degree in graphic design, fine art, visual communications, or a related field
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
