Immediate full-time opportunity for a Credentialing Specialist for our location in Ft Myers, FL.
Responsibilities include:
· Obtain and validate all required credentials from potential candidates
· Train newly registered caregivers on standard procedures
· Provide specialized training to caregivers according to client contract specifications
· Track and maintain current, compliant credentials on all caregivers
· Work effectively in a high energy team environment
· Maintain caregiver information in computer system through accurate data entry
· Prepare caregiver records for routine audits
· Conduct group orientations and presentations
· Attend local job fairs

· Must be assertive and comfortable speaking to small groups
· Highly detail oriented and well organized
· Proficient at data entry
· Outstanding verbal communication skills
· Meticulous with tracking and follow-up
· Thrive in a fast paced work environment
· Some local travel

· Healthcare experience a plus
· High school diploma or equivalent
