As the Credit Admin and Reporting Manager, you will actively manage the Credit Administration and reporting team in tasks required for the effective mitigation of risk for Private Bank. Responsibilities will include credit Administration in Loan Origination, conducting checks against blacklist/sanction list, world check, credit bureau and preparing mortgage documentation such as letter of offer, guarantee letter and refinancing advice.
The candidate will oversee the management of Loan to Security Value monitoring, maintenance and reporting performed by the Assistant Manager Credit Admin and Reporting. You will also perform the duties of the Assistant Manager in times of absence. This will include but is not limited to LVR portfolio reporting, daily LVR monitoring, LVR Action Management and LVR Customer Communications.
Arranging for the completion of local and non-local security documentation, valuation report and discharge forms will also be an important function. You will manage the loan Settlement process, including new purchases, refinancing and redemptions. This includes instructions to other parties to act to effect settlement and contact with Customers to obtain instruction and keep Customers informed of progress.
The role holder will also conduct performance management for the team including objective setting, regular update and tracking meetings and formal half yearly reviews.
Qualifications:
An apt candidate will have 6 years experience with property, securities management or process management and practical knowledge of operating risk and compliance policies and procedures in a lending process and knowledge of exchange rate risks and impacts on loan values compared to base value currency. It is also important for the successful candidate to have good understanding of the legalities regarding Loan Contracts and default circumstances. It is also mandatory for the candidate to have organisational, leadership and strong time management skills. Prior experience with ANZ customer database systems, such as RAZOR, MIDANZ, VENUS , Finacle, WISE will definitely be a plus.
