Credit Admin Officer recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up on notification letters, facility letters and security documents, in accordance with credit approvals
- Liaise with both internal and external Legal Counsel on documentation
- Working with relationship managers to ensure documents are in order
- Ensure facility documentation are completed accurately
- Monitor and follow up on the documentation discrepancies
- Escalate the documentation discrepancies to management if they are not resolved promptly
- Liaise with insurance companies on assignment of insurance policies.
- Liaise with valuers and external lawyers on financing of mortgages
Requirements
- Degree holder with experience in credit documentation from Banking.
- Experience in documentation of property mortgages and/or life insurance financing will be an advantage.
- Meticulous, mature with an ‘eye’ for details
