The Client
Our client is a global bank with an established presence in Singapore and has a strong commitment in Asia.
The Position
• Prepare and Review Letter of Offer, Mandate Letter, Facility Agreement and other Security documents for Term Loans, Revolving Credit, Project Finance, Bankers Guarantees, FX, and Islamic Banking products for Corporate Banking customers;
• Administer due date control of transaction conveants/credit reviews and checking for completeness and accuracy of convenants reported by credit analysts.
• Conduct periodical reporting and manage adhoc requests from Management and Head office
• Review of Regulatory Compliance of customer accounts during periodic reviews.
The Candidate
- Degree with at least 5 years of related experience in banking industry
- Familiar with Project finance and Structured Finance documentation.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- An eye for detail
