Our client is a well-known Asian financial institution with global network spanning over 40 countries. The bank offers an extensive scope of commercial and investment banking products and services to businesses, governments and individuals worldwide. We currently have one permanent position for its credit portfolio management group
Brief Job Description:
- To coordinate requests between Borrowers and Lenders
- To liaise with legal counsels, technical consultants and independent engineers
- To review of financial models of structured finance transactions
- To review new draft loan documents on agency matters
- To manage loan drawdowns and ensure conditions precedents satisfaction
- To administer loans of existing portfolio
• To construct SWIFT payments and able to troubleshoot delinquent SWIFT payments
- To monitor information and financial convenants
Requirements:
- At least 5 years working experience, preferred with experience in agency work.
- Loan administration experience required including construction of SWIFT messages
- Credit analysis skills preferred
