Credit Analyst (12 month contract) recruitment
Job Description
Private Banking Credit Risk Reporting and Credit Replication trades reconciliation. 1 Year contract role.
Key Roles Responsibilities
- Reporting of private banking exposures across various risk measures and asset classes.
- Responding to ad hoc reporting and exposure enquiries from private banking.
- Reconciliation of data from various risk systems and ensure the integrity of information received and reported.
- Management of credit related static data to ensure appropriate risk aggregation and exposure reporting processes.
- Work with System teams, Project teams and Monitoring teams to ensure any implementation in credit risk systems flows into our reporting framework.
- Production of dashboards and regular MIS on key risk indicators for private banking credit risk reporting.
- Support reporting framework and enhance its existing capabilities to support new dashboard and MIS.
- Maintaining full documentation of departmental operating instructions and relevant training related to private banking credit risk reporting.
- Work with various stakeholders, e.g. TA, CEM team on Credit Replicate reconciliation.
- Daily reconciliation that Credit Replicates are booked and risk are captured correctly.
Qualifications Skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Access/Excel.
- Must have experience with VBA and able to use SQL for analysis.
- Basic financial knowledge and able to understand pay off of derivatives instruments.
- Experience with Risk reporting or related experience is preferred.
