CREDIT ANALYST
The primary responsibility of this position is to perform credit analysis and reviews, monitor credit performance of existing customers and help make credit decisions in compliance with existing corporate policies. The candidate will also be responsible for approving campaign requests submitted by Client Sales in accordance with Set policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requests for credit, assign credit lines and make credit recommendations in accordance with established corporate credit policies and procedures;
- Work closely with the Collections/ Billing/ Sales groups and assist with customer inquiries related to Billing and/or Collections matters in a timely manner;
- Establish and maintain positive relationships and open communication with all departments in the Sales workflow process;
- Maintain complete, accurate and efficient customer credit files;
- Ensure customer Credit Lines are reduced to 0 in cases of bankruptcy, liquidation, or write-offs;
- Act as main point of contact for all Credit queries;
- Monitor Review COS approval queue to provide approval or denial or recommendations of Campaign requests (GTGs) in accordance with established corporate credit policies and procedures;
- Provide responses to good-to-go requests within three business hours.

Fluency in English is essential
