Credit Analyst / Underwriter - Corporate / Commercial Lending

My client is a leading financial services provider. At present they require an experienced Credit Analyst / Underwriter to join their existing Surrey based team.
You will provide a high quality service to both internal and external customers analysing credit risk and processing exposures for acceptance by the Head of Credit / Directors / Board and Committee.
You will prepare Credit papers for larger transactions with a view to winning good quality high value business at an acceptable return. You will identify and propose appropriate action to minimise and mitigate risk to the business.
Additionally you will collate information and produce credit papers, liaise with colleagues to ensure approvals are dealt with in a timely fashion, and quote and win large transaction business at acceptable margins taking into account commerciality and overall customer view.
You must have experience within a credit role either in a commercial banking or corporate lending environment. Having previously held a personal mandate authority will be a distinct advantage.
