Full Job Description

The role is an excellent opportunity for a credit analyst to focus on Corporate Credit Risk Trade Finance Credit.

- To establish and maintain contacts with key customers and facility agents
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with all other related departments and units in the branch to achieve its goals- objectives.
- To be up to date and aware of market and economic conditions which impact oncredit risk.

- Excellent background in General Banking experience with at least three years experience in both credit risk and or trade finance.
-Experience in a sizeable credit officer role preferably in a multinational environment.
- Preferably experienced in a credit function-trade finance that is involved commercially in day to day banking business, aware of risks as well as the technical side of analysis.
- University graduate in a related discipline, banking, finance, economics or legal.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sound commercial commonsensical approach to analysis
- Good presentation skills
- Expert knowledge of Credit analysis and trade finance facility structures,
- Ability to operate and perform in a diverse environment under general direction, guidelines and rules.
- Superior communication skills cross functionally and externally with branch management in the branch.
- Ability to reflect on own performance and seek out the counsel of peers, subordinates, seniors and external reviewers to enhance performance
