They provide a comprehensive range of commercial and personal banking, financial, and insurance services to a diverse customer base.

The Role
This role is a Credit Analyst related to property to reflect the need to have someone who has particular experience in structuring property and construction deals, and liaises with lawyers etc. The role involves:-

* Providing credit and regulated mortgage support
* Managing the credit process for real estate transactions to post drawdown stage.
* Structuring and underwriting new credit applications by analysing, evaluating and providing informed credit decisions ensuring all processing and policy are accurate and prepared in line with Bank product approval policies and completed within agreed service standards.
* Issuing facility documentation, instructing valuers and solicitors.
* Assist Business Manager's in the achievement of income targets in loan book and credit revenues through putting together quality credit applications with appropriate pricing reflective of credit risk, resulting in clean approvals from Credit Risk.
* Compile quarterly regulated sales figures for regulatory reporting to FSA and reporting
* Building and maintaining professional working relationships with Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal and Compliance; as well as senior stakeholders and external panel valuer and solicitor firms to assist in effective delivery of credit product process through to loan drawdown.

The Candidate
To be considered for this role you must:

* Have previous credit analysis gained within a bank
* Have Credit Analysis experience related to property and also mortgage support
* Have particular experience relating to structuring property and construction deals, and liaising with lawyers etc
