Credit Analyst and AVP

They are one of the largest financial services providers in the world, and are also engaged in retail banking, credit cards, corporate banking, and wealth and investment management. This team has a cross over with both the Investment bank and the non investment bank and is related to exposure outside of the Investment Bank. p

Responsibilities: p

Reviewing, processing and arranging sanction for a high volume of credit requests received from throughout the Bank's Group around the world alongside credit officers located in UK/Europe/US Asia Pacific regions. p

Doing so quickly intelligently within set parameters for a large global portfolio of major corporate clients. p

Investigating and resolving a wide range of exposure, risk recording and monitoring issues. p

Building relationships with Front Office and other Credit Professionals. p

Contributing to a process of change, intended to increase efficiency, improve data quality and facilitate the identification of risk within the portfolio.The job holder will have daily contact with other Group business units and other credit risk offices on a wide range of counterparty, product and process issues. p

Requirements: p

Good knowledge of commercial banking products is essential. p

Some experience in a business development or customer/client contact role. p

Experience of working for a large commercial bank. p

Candidates are expected to have some appreciation of credit fundamentals. p

Basic knowledge of Treasury products frequently used in a commercial banking environment and related documentation. p

Presentable in an Investment Banking environment. p
