Credit Risk Analyst
This aviation finance and leasing company is a world leader in its area of speciality.
The purpose of the position is analyse the credit risk and financial performance of airlines globally regarding both new and existing business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Critical function of assessing risk factors associated with a credit and determining appropriate credit risk rating.
- Responsible for analysing and spreading financial statements, calculating appropriate operating, cash flow, leverage, liquidity and other ratios.
- Performs due diligence and evaluation of assigned lease portfolio on a regularly scheduled and ongoing basis.
- Responsible for active monitoring of company specific, market and economic factors which may influence the internal risk rating of lessees/obligors.
- Prepares detailed credit analyses and required credit application according to policy including evaluation of repayment sources, management, liquidity, financial flexibility, historical and projected operating performance and capital structure.
The ideal applicant will have 4 years plus experience in a similar role. Experience within Aircraft Leasing or Aviation Finance is desirable but not essential.
