Our client is a global bank with rapid business growth in Asia Pacific and with diverse products services and has a strong footprint in the region. Due to an internal progression, they are now recruiting an experienced credit analyst to join the team.
You will be responsible for the review of counter party credit worthiness as well as making recommendations on credit rating assessments through analysis of the clients’ financials. This is a client facing role where you will meet with clients to understand their businesses to facilitate your analysis. You will work closely with the Relationship Managers to prepare credit proposals for new transactions, administrative renewal, amendments and waivers.
You are degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience, gained in banks or financial institutions. Experience in credit analysis and familiarity with corporate banking is also a must. Knowledge of the shipping and offshore marine industry is an advantage. Only candidates with local market experience in Singapore will be considered. You are a self-starter, independent and thrive in a fast paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills would be an essential.
