Credit Analyst, Coverage & Territories Credit Management

You will run pricing simulations on internal return on risk adjusted capital mode and be involved in the spreading of financial statements.  Proposing to the credit committee on the appropriate rating and recovery rate, using internal tools and the Credit Analyst’s judgment, you will be responsible for presenting credit proposals to the local credit committee and ensuring that annual review/ transactions deadlines are met. 

You will perform portfolio reviews, periodic covenant checks, and security monitoring as required in line with the approval conditions of the respective files.  You will also contribute to any other portfolio or credit administrative and statistical work, as required, such as sector analysis, risk policy committee and watchlist/ doubtful accounts processes.

You will maintain good knowledge and understanding of the bank’s policies, processes, risk-rating tools, and support the team members to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.  You will communicate reliably and professionally with both internal and external clients and participate in projects linked to improving the credit process efficiency, as well as in discussions on potential deals.

You will act as the liaison with the different businesses to share client information and ensure the smooth and timely credit process so that global reviews are properly executed in a timely manner.  You will minimize overdue files in collaboration with the Relationship Managers and will monitor the clients’ credit evolution and immediately alert the management of any early warning signals.  This includes, but not limited to, timely update of financial spreadsheets, regular compliance checks on financial covenants change in ratings, or any major event or material evolution.
