Credit Analyst – Infrastructure and real estate investing – buy side firm
Our client is a leading long only asset management firm based in London. They invest in the broad range of equities, credit, real estate and alternative investments and are now looking to add a Credit Analyst to their team.
The Credit Analyst will work for the Head of Credit Research, and focus on the analysis of primary and secondary credits within the broad infrastructure and real estate space. This will involve carrying out detailed bottom up analysis, credit research, valuations, financial modelling, writing investment research, presenting to Fund Managers.
Candidates will have a background in either buy or sell side credit research and have experience within the infrastructure or real estate sector. There is some flexibility around the level of professional they hire, but you are likely to have between 3-6 years+ experience of credit research.
