Credit Analyst Job in Charlotte, North Carolina US
The Credit and Collections Position is responsible for supporting a proactive approach to the credit department duties for a portfolio of accounts this includes, releasing orders from credit pending status, credit review, collections calls, dealing with sales and customer service, resolving disputes etc. The position follows established credit policies and procedures to maximize the value and minimize the risk of the portfolio. In this position, the Credit and Collections Specialist will gather data from multiple sources, analyze the data, and make recommendations for credit line adjustments or new account credit lines. Job Requirements
● Good analytical skills, with familiarity with credit reporting tools, collection techniques and reporting. Problem solving skills required.
● Ability to ensure customer focus, while maintaining risk management controls.
● Able to make recommendations under time constraints.
● Working knowledge of Excel.
● Experience with credit agency reporting preferred.
● Detail / goal oriented.
● Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
● Flexibility to work either independently or in a team-oriented environment.
● 2 – 5 years of experience.
