A well known customer, located in the Everett area, is seeking a Credit Analyst to join their team! ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: · Receive and process returns credits on a timely basis · Resolve all deduction issues · Research warranty requests and ascertain solution · Monitor credits · Interface Quality A/R representatives · Interface with Customer Service Inventory Control Team · Refer problem accounts to Credit Manager or Respective A/R Representatives. § Process customer maintenance forms § Process new account paperwork § Maintain customer files § Other Miscellaneous Administrative Duties Projects SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES: § 2+ years in a Credit Processing role or Credit A/R Specialist role § Knowledge of general accounting principles § Excellent organization skills § Must have excellent math skills § Oracle software experience preferred § Superior customer service and communication skills § Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and creatively in order to improve customer satisfaction Kelly Financial Resources is the accounting finance placement division of Kelly Services.
