Customer Financial Services Senior Credit Analyst
PFSweb, Inc., a leading provider of outsourcing solutions, is seeking an individual with a positive attitude, team-player mentality and strong work ethic for our Credit and Collection team in our Customer Financial Services department. A minimum of (5) years of credit analysis and collection experience, strong communication and PC skills are mandatory. A Bachelor’s Degree in the related fields of Business, Finance or Accounting is strongly preferred.
General Job Description:
- Maintain an A/R portfolio for U.S., Canada and Latin America customer-base
- Manage the procurement and analysis of customer financial statements, DB reporting and associated security documents
- Manage a small support staff
- Manage the review and corrective actions necessary to successfully transmit EDI invoicing
- Create and validate quarterly bad debt analysis
- Communicate with internal and external customer-base in a professional and sensitive manner
- Handle first-level escalation issues and coordinate and communicate additional escalation matters to management
- Maintain a credit and collection queue and ensure orders are released in a timely manner and follow proper communication channels when orders are unable to be released due to credit or delinquency restrictions
- Assist with a broad-range of other Customer Financial Services responsibilities, as necessary, to ensure the overall success of the department

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least five years of credit analysis and collection experience
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to handle sensitive customer situations
- Ability to work in an independent, efficient and effective manner in a fast-paced environment
- Excel, Word and JD Edwards or a similar ERP system experience
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
Work Schedule:
- Business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m., (Central Time).
- Overtime and weekend work may be required.
- Travel may be required.
- No relocation assistance is available.
