Credit Analyst
Coworx Staffing is currently recruiting for a customer of ours in the Auburn area. This is a temporary positions about 8 to 12 weeks, possibly longer. This is a first shift position 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with a half hour lunch.
Credit Analyst:
• Perform basic collection activities and follow-up with customers via telephone, fax, and written communications.
• Work with field sales organizations, customer service, and database departments.
• Answering and investigating customer inquiries and complaints regarding billing, statements, etc.
• Taking necessary action to resolve disputed items with customers.
• Reconciling remittance application issues.
• Maintaining account notes, correspondence, etc. in database, as well as SAP.
Preferred qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year credit/collections experience.
• General knowledge of basic accounting principles, particularly an understanding of credits and debits.
• Good written, verbal, and listening skills, with ability to work with customer in a manner that achieves collection goals while ensuring continued business relations.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of SAP a plus
