Within Esanda, our lending and insurance of motor vehicles business we have several Credit Analyst opportunities in our Melbourne office. As a Credit Analyst, your role will be to assess and analyse all car financing applications and escalated settlements that are submitted by ANZ Business Partners within agreed Service Level Agreements. In doing so, you will determine, negotiate, communicate and justify credit decisions and outcomes with Business Partners for Esanda. You will protect the bank's interests whilst adhering to the lending policy in order to grow the business profitably and minimise risk exposure. In addition, you will handle and resolve escalated phone calls or complaints from Business Partners and negotiates to reach acceptable outcomes for all parties.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Previous experience in consumer commercial lending with car and personal loans an advantage
- CAD experience is ideal
- Ability to investigate, analyse, problem solve and make a credit decision, and/or provide an alternative recommendation
- Knowledge of credit principles and policies
- Strong customer services and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Positive can do attitude
- Proactive approach to work
