Credit Analyst, Private Banking
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate closely with frontline sales, Product and Business Lines as well as Middle/Back Offices to set up credit offers for clients/prospects
- Propose optimal transaction structures, monitor the transactions and revenue generated
- Perform end-to-end credit function from writing up proposal, getting approved to documentation; liaising with offshore team on documentation checks for cross-border files, to validating and controlling the input of credit lines etc.
- Secure collaterals draw down and bridge the credit process between private bankers and Risk Management Department
- Devise solutions to mitigate credit risk
- Maintain clients' files in good order by updating all critical data of the file including expiration date, approval power, credit rating, and group relationship
- Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan
Requirements:
- University Graduate in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines
- At least 7 years of solid credit experience in Private Banking
- Strong knowledge of private banking products and operations as well as credit structuring
- Hands-on experience in credit parameters and models
- Independent, good analytic and negotiating skills
- Excellent written and spoken Engish and report writing skills
- Strong PC skills
