Credit Analyst, Project Finance
Our client is continuing to expand its Corporate Banking product range and major corporate customer base. As a result they now seek a Senior Analyst to help drive this business forward. This role will mainly cover Project Finance deals including Infrastructure, Energy, Renewables and Oil Gas as well as some exposure to more general industry sectors.
The role will entail;
- Analysing Business Proposals submitted to Risk Management Dept by front line departments, branches and Relationship Managers.
- Preparing full credit proposals and risk analysis for presentation to the Credit Committee, including spreading and analysing of balance sheets and forecasts.
- Presenting credit proposals to Credit Committee
- Visit clients and attend results presentations as required
- To continuously monitor the risk situations of a portfolio of clients. Complete annual reviews for all client’s facilities and interim reports for waivers, amendments or risk events as required. Participate in recovery work as required.
- To draft replies to enquiries regarding credit business and other relevant matters made by various departments of the Head Office.
- To help with preparing policies, procedures or statistical reports relating to the credit businesses of Head Office.
- Assist in the training of less experienced team members
To be considered you MUST have at least 3-4 years recent corporate credit analysis experience (with multi-national names) of which 12-18 months must have been working with Project Finance facilities.
