Credit Analyst – Real Estate recruitment

Investment Bank requires a credit analyst to work within their Risk Management department to focus on analysis real estate transactions as well as basic level market risk analysis. The ideal candidate will have a credit analysis background preferably working within the real estate or corporate space and possess an overall appreciation to the risk management function as a whole. The daily responsibilities include:

-Review of transaction structure, historic financials, cash flow analysis, stress testing and qualitative factors.

-Daily monitoring and reporting of credit and market risk exposures.

-Counterparty risk: assess credit worthiness of counterparties and recommend appropriate limits.

-Implement Bank’s risk appetite via limit setting and portfolio monitoring.

Candidates must have an appreciation of commercial real estate and any appreciation to Islamic Banking would be seen as a plus. Please send your CV as soon as possible.
