Credit Analyst recruitment
Experienced Credit Risk Analyst with a strong understanding credit risk assessment and counterparty analysis sought by prestigious investment organisation.
Working in the Luxembourg head office the Credit Risk Analyst will be responsible for monitoring an assigned portfolio (Financial Institutions) of transactions.
Specific duties of the Credit Risk Analyst include:
-Carrying out financial reviews of counterparts and monitoring of respective contracts, to assess the credit standing of bank counterparts and their compliance with contracts
-Carrying out due diligence on Multiple Assignments of Rights, flagging possible credit deteriorations, mainly based on external ratings and other information available to the Bank
-Review security, assignments, guarantees and any related documents
-Contribute to the Division's regular reports, flagging any Watch List cases for specific counterparts/transactions
-Ensure that assigned counterparts comply with internal guidelines and procedures
For this Credit Risk Analyst vacancy our client required individuals who meet the following criteria:
-Minimum of 3 years credit risk experience gained in a major investment bank or rating agency
-University degree
-Solid understanding of credit risk assessment and counterparty rating criteria
-Fluency in English (an additional European language would be a huge advantage)
-Eligibility to work within the EU
-Strong communication skills
-Analytical approach
