Credit and Rates Derivatives Middle Office Manager recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Management of Regulatory Reporting

Monitoring daily volume

Performing GAP trend analysis to identify causes

Coordinating with respective business areas to correct/amend discrepancies

Working with business lines to reduce exceptions volumes.

Manage a team of 5, including objective setting, staff motivation, performance review, and appraisals. Ensure adequate cross-training within teams (Credit and Rates) and assist with mentoring.

Monitoring internal systems for STP daily time stamps and where improvements can be achieved.

Dissemination of exception reporting to respective business lines, escalation to Business GBS Management where necessary.

Review and control of static data for counterparty, product scope and desk on eligible items for reporting.

Monitor/ review/resolve daily reconciliations of trade populations.

Performing all UAT testing for Front to Back STP Connectivity streams across life cycle of a trade.

Perform BA research and compile data across business lines for Regulatory reporting, non-clearing and clearing processes.
